You can make the unconscious patterns that control you conscious step by step. The release of this energy starts with your willingness to do so. The willingness to pay valuable attention to yourself and take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life is a beautiful habit to adopt. For the sham perception of yourself to fall away, it is necessary that you first recognise the aspects that make up this illusionary image and then feel what this is like for you. To help your true core emerge, it is necessary to recognise how you view this world and what you are attached to.
However, it is not enough to line this up intellectually, your body consciousness must be involved and your feelings must be given all the space that they need to be felt, otherwise this process will remain stuck in the mental layers and nothing will change. Only when both your body, your heart and your mind work together will you, through the trust you find in yourself as a result, initiate the healing you so long for and so your heart will open up more to be able to let go of these attachments, because something else will take their place: your authentic self! Slowly but surely, they will then disappear, as you become more in touch with the language of your heart, the energy of your inner wisdom, which is a very different energy from rational knowledge. For this you don't need willpower, but the willingness to be with what is and lives within you.
Make sure you are not disturbed for a while and take writing utensils with you. You are going to consciously watch and experience the film evoked by your emotions so that you can feel deeply what has helped define you and what has driven you to put down your energy as you have done so far. Take note of everything that is brought to you internally. Allow yourself this moment of valuable attention. Create a nice atmosphere and make sure you are comfortable. It is important to know that your breath is the simplest, yet most powerful instrument you have at your disposal to feel your own energy and to distinguish what is yours from what comes from an external source. Feel resistance, fear or any kind of overwhelming emotion.... breathe! It gives you the strength to keep on feeling and it frees you up. And remember: everything that presents itself is allowed to be there.
Finally, you are guided back to your original energy, your natural being that has not yet been affected by everything you have experienced. You are reminded of the harmony within you, your power, your wisdom, your potential.
